Terms of service

OnlyKrab is an AI service for adults (18+). By using it you confirm you are of legal age where you live.

You may only upload photos you have the right to use. Everyone pictured must be an adult who agreed to it. Creating non-consensual intimate imagery or depicting minors is forbidden and leads to an immediate ban and reporting to the authorities.

Credits are a prepaid balance for generations. A failed generation returns its credits automatically. Unused credits stay saved but become inactive after 30 days without activity unless a plan is active; an active plan reactivates them.

Plans are one-off terms (1, 3 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically. Credits included in a plan are added in full when the payment clears.

Generated content may be removed if it violates these rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or reverse payments after receiving credits.
